A reverse mortgage is just a home loan that doesn’t require a regular payment, it’s a way to release some of the equity in your home without selling or taking on more debt that requires a monthly payment. FHA allows us to lend money based on the amount of equity (value less liens), the age of the youngest borrower on the loan and current interest rates. Once you complete some FHA required education we’ll help you compete the application process, order an appraisal and get the process going.
